Christine Havens has been studying and dancing with Gabrielle Roth for the past 16 years and is a certified teacher of the Roth 5Rhythms™. Christine has traveled from the Omega Institute in New York State to the West Coast teaching 5Rhythms™ workshops, and for the past 8 years has held weekly classes in Seattle and on Bainbridge Island. Christine is passionate about teaching the 5Rhythms and is devoted to developing embodiment, presence and community through the practice of the 5Rhythms as a spiritual practice.

Christine is currently studying in a year long "Heartbeat Circle," a group of 40 5Rhythms teachers world-wide who are studying with Gabrielle Roth the next level of her work, called "Heartbeat."
